Supporter Privileges

We rely on our Patreon supporters to keep this site running! Our Patreon supporters receive some great functionality upgrades outlined below.

As we are currently in beta mode, we do not currently accept paying supporters just yet, but we will do in the near future! This will help us keep this website going and provide better functionality over time!

Please let us know via our Contact page if you are interested in becoming a supporter - the more interest we get, the sooner we will allow paid supporters!

When we launch our Patreon supporters page, you can become a member and you will receive the following functionality upgrades:

By default, all pattern pages have a "Not for Sale" watermark on the pattern itself. There is also some text in each pattern page header.

Our supporters have the ability to choose whether or not they want this watermark to be on the pattern or not.

Example of the watermark on a pattern page:

Our supporters can upload images up to 20MB in size.

Non-supporters can only upload images up to 2MB in size.

Our supporters can create patterns up to 500 stitches in width and 700 stitches in height.

Non-supporters can only create patterns up to 250 stitches in width and 350 stitches in height.

Our supporters have the ability to change specific colours on the pattern while previewing the pattern before the pattern is generated. This is useful if you'd prefer to use a different colour than the one specified by our generator.

For example, if the generator has specified the colour DMC B5200, but you want to change it to ECRU - Off White, supporters are able to do this.

Our supporters can choose from three different cell sizes for their patterns. The default (smallest) cell size allows for pattern pages with 60 cells wide. This is fine for most people, however, some people may find it easier to read patterns with a larger cell size.

Supporters can choose between pattern pages with 60 cells width, 40 cells width and 30 cells width.

By default, patterns are generated with the A4 page size.

Supporters are able to choose between the A4 and Letter page sizes.

Supporters have the ability to add a title to their pattern. This title will be inserted on the generated pattern's title page about the pattern image.

A variety of fonts can be chosen for the title.

Supporters have the ability to add a right-justified footer to each page of their pattern (except the title page).

Supporters have the ability to further customise their pattern, including:

  • Ability to include/exclude the pattern image on the title page. (TITLE PAGE)
  • Ability to include/exclude the pattern diagram, which shows the pattern dimensions in stitches/cm/inches. (PATTERN INFO PAGE)
  • Ability to add some text (up to 1000 characters) about your pattern. This is mainly used to talk about your pattern, instructions, image attributation, etc. (PATTERN INFO PAGE)
  • Ability to include/exclude the list of generation parameters used to generate the pattern (eg. aida size, dithering techniques, etc.) (PATTERN INFO PAGE)
  • Ability to include/exclude the pattern layout page. This page includes a diagram showing how the various pattern pages fit together in relation to eachother. (PATTERN LAYOUT PAGE)
